I'm seeing a lot of hand-wringing these days over things happening in our country, including the absence of a presidential candidate to truly represent our Christian values and a hurting economy, which affects us from increased prices at the pump and grocery store to decreased values in our homes and retirement accounts. In addition to needs we face as a whole, we also confront desperate situations in our individual lives including illness, divorce, depression, and wayward children. Real people with real problems that need real answers real soon.

It's not time to wring our hands. It's time to lift them up to the only One who holds the answers. It's not time to lose our confidence. It's time to be the most confident of all for whatever we face and for whatever lies ahead. No matter what our five senses tell us, we must believe that God who has been faithful in the past will continue to be faithful for whatever we face.
